Pumpkin farm!

Last Saturday we took the family to the pumpkin farm in Carnation, WA! Its one of our favorite places and traditions that we do every year! We started going there with our first two kids in....I believe 1998/99.

The farm consists of the actual farm land where the pumpkins and other seasonal things grow. Then there's the restaurant and store that's connected to the farm and surrounding that is like an amusement park. Its just a much smaller version but tons of fun! It cost us $150 to get the whole family minus my oldest, Taylor, (she had cheer stuff and work going on) into the park. There's a big train ride, some amusement park rides, inflatables,  manual type ride on rides, petting farm, pony rides, "not so haunted" houses, hay maze and jump, rock climbing...there's a ton of stuff!! A TON OF FUN!!

Everything went smooth! I caught some pics on my phone, pretty cute! The weather was great! It was in the 50s, maybe 60s and sunny with zero rain! It wasn't too crowded, all around a great day!

We had to head out to the actual farm to pick our pumpkins by 5pm so we headed down there. There was a tractor ride and that was fun. It kind of freaked me out when we drove through an area that made us all lean way far over sideways, I was picturing everyone falling to one side in the mud, on top of us! My husband thinks I'm a dork! It just went in a big circle but was fun.The kids enjoyed it...except Hadliy, she fussed as usual!

We got dropped off and were able to pick out our pumpkins. That's always fun trying to manage little kids with big pumpkins! Taylor wasn't there so we let the kids get a pumpkin for her. We dragged, rolled, carried and dropped pumpkins all the way back to the cashier. Of course through all of that I'm watching Tor, the 18 mo. old, run all throughout the patch just loving the PUMPKINS! It was his kind of play area!We spent $50 on those suckers!! It sure isn't any cheaper going to the farm!!

That was it! Our day at the pumpkin farm!
